Effective November 5, 2026
1. The program
Red Devil Events' Event Promoter Affiliate Program (the "Program") pays approved promoters ("Affiliates") a commission on tickets sold through their personal promo code or tracking link.
2. Joining
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. Apply through our promoter application or by emailing partners@reddevilevents.com. We may approve or decline any application, and may end any Affiliate's participation at any time.
3. Tracking
Each Affiliate gets a personal promo code, tracking link, or both, issued through our affiliate system. A sale counts as yours only if it's recorded by your code or link. We can't credit sales that weren't tracked, for example when a buyer used a different code or link.
You choose which events to promote. To get your link, QR code and promo kit for an event, opt in to that event from your promoter portal. Sales are credited to you only for tickets bought with your code or link.
4. Commission
You earn 10% of the ticket face value (excluding taxes and ticketing fees) for each ticket sold through your code or link. We may change commission rates, or offer different rates for specific events, with at least 14 days' notice by email. Rates for an event that's already on sale won't change.
Founding Crew. The first 20 Affiliates we approve are our "Founding Crew" and earn 15% of the ticket face value as their standard rate, instead of 10%, for as long as they stay in the Program. Spots go in the order we approve applications, not the order they arrive. The Founding Crew rate ends if you leave or are removed from the Program, and doesn't come back if you rejoin. It can't be transferred. The tiered program below still applies, so Founding Crew members can earn more than 15%.
Tiered commission. Our tiered commission program rewards promoters who sell consistently across multiple events. After you've promoted at least two of our events, you may become eligible for it. Once you pass an event's sales target, you earn a higher rate, up to 30% of the ticket face value, on the tickets you sell after that point. Tickets sold before you reach the target earn the standard rate. Eligibility, tiers, targets and rates are set by Red Devil Events and may change. We'll confirm by email before any tiered rate applies to you.
5. What doesn't earn commission
- Tickets that are refunded, canceled or charged back
- Complimentary tickets
- Tickets you buy for yourself
- Sales we reasonably believe are fraudulent
If a ticket is refunded after you've been paid, we may deduct that commission from your next payout.
6. Perks
- Free entry. Once you've sold 4 tickets to an event through your code or link, you get free entry to that event for you and one guest. We'll email you two complimentary tickets. The count starts over for each event. Tickets that don't earn commission under section 5 (refunded, canceled or charged back, complimentary, bought for yourself, or fraudulent) don't count toward the 4.
- Discounted VIP upgrades. Approved promoters can buy VIP upgrades at a discount. The discount and availability vary by event, and VIP is limited.
- Merch and bonuses. We may give merchandise or cash bonuses to top sellers. Who qualifies and what they receive is up to Red Devil Events, varies by event and isn't guaranteed. Cash bonuses are paid with your commission and count toward your taxable income.
- Top-seller prizes. For some events we may run a top-seller contest with a prize, such as tickets, merchandise or a cash bonus. We'll tell you the prize in your promoter portal or by email. The winner is the Affiliate with the most eligible tickets sold to that event (see section 5), as recorded by us, when we close the contest. If there's a tie, we decide how to handle it, which may include splitting the prize. We may disqualify anyone who breaks these terms, and may change or cancel a contest before it ends with notice in your portal or by email. A cash prize counts toward your taxable income.
- Levels, badges and leaderboards. Your promoter portal shows a level and badges based on your eligible ticket sales, and leaderboards for each event and the season. These are for recognition only: they don't change your commission rate and have no cash value, and we may change or remove them at any time. Your name appears on a leaderboard only if you turn that on in your portal. Otherwise you appear as "Anonymous promoter".
Perks have no cash value, can't be transferred or resold, and may change with notice by email. A perk for an event that's already on sale won't be taken away.
7. Payouts
We pay commissions within 10 days after each event, by PayPal, Venmo or Cash App. Balances under $25 roll over to your next payout. You're responsible for your own taxes. We'll ask for a completed IRS Form W-9 before your first payout, and send a Form 1099 when required by law. You can upload your W-9 in your promoter portal. We store it in private storage, use it only to pay you and to file tax forms, and can't send your first payout until we have it.
8. How you can promote
You may promote our events on your own social media, website, email list and in person. You may not:
- Send spam or unsolicited messages
- Make false or misleading claims about lineups, prices, giveaways or anything else
- Pose as Red Devil Events, or use our logo without permission
- Buy paid search ads using our name or our event names
- Post your code on coupon or deal websites
- Resell tickets above face value
9. Disclose your affiliate relationship
The FTC requires you to make it clear when you earn money from promoting something. Use a clear disclosure such as "#ad", "#affiliate" or "I earn a commission if you buy with my code" in every post, story or video that includes your code or link.
10. You're independent
You're an independent promoter, not an employee, agent or partner of Red Devil Events, and you can't make commitments on our behalf.
11. Ending participation
Either of us can end your participation at any time by email. We'll pay commissions earned on valid sales up to that date, unless you've broken these terms.
12. Other terms
Our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy also apply. We may update these Program terms with 14 days' notice by email.
We'll email you program updates, such as new events to promote and a weekly summary of your sales. You can switch these off in your promoter portal. We'll still email you about your application, payouts, tax forms and changes to these terms.
