Red Devil Events – Superfecta Vacation Giveaway Contest

This Contest is intended for legal residents of South Carolina and is governed by U.S. law.

1. SPONSOR

The Superfecta Vacation Giveaway (the “Contest”) is sponsored by Red Devil Events, Charleston’s premier experience curators, (“Sponsor”).

2. ELIGIBILITY

This Contest is open only to legal residents of South Carolina who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Red Devil Events are not eligible to participate.

3. HOW TO ENTER

To enter, participants must correctly predict the exact order of the first, second, third, and fourth place finishers in the 2025 Kentucky Derby (“Superfecta”) before the official start of the race.

  • Entry Methods:
    • In-Person: Drop off a completed paper entry form at 1734 Signal Point Rd on Saturday, May 3rd, between 3pm and 530pm.

Limit: One (1) entry per person. Multiple or automated entries will be disqualified.

4. ENTRY DEADLINE

All entries must be received no later than one (1) hour prior to the official post time of the 2025 Kentucky Derby. Late entries will not be accepted.

5. WINNER SELECTION

Any valid entry that correctly predicts the Superfecta (first through fourth place in exact order) will qualify to win. If multiple entrants are correct, the winner will be selected by random drawing from all qualifying entries.

If no entrant correctly picks the Superfecta, no prize will be awarded.

6. PRIZE

  • Grand Prize: One (1) all-inclusive luxury vacation package for two (2), including:
    • Roundtrip airfare
    • 5-day, 4-night stay at a luxury resort
    • All meals, drinks, and standard resort activities included
  • Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $10,000

Prize is non-transferable and has no cash value. Red Devil Events reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION

Potential winner(s) will be notified at 1734 Signal Point Rd on Saturday, May 3rd, shortly after 7pm and online on Red Devil Event’s social media pages. The winner must claim the prize within 72 hours or an alternate winner may be selected from other qualifying entries (if any).

Prior to receiving the prize, the winner must sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release.

8. PUBLICITY RELEASE

By entering, you agree that Red Devil Events may use your name, image, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Red Devil Events is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible, or for technical errors or failures of any kind.

10. GOVERNING LAW

All issues and disputes relating to this Contest shall be governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, and any legal actions must be brought in Charleston County.

11. PRIVACY

Information submitted will be used only for the purposes of this Contest and will not be shared with third parties.
