Position Overview:
We’re looking for a Brand Partnerships Director to be the devil in the details (and the deals). This role is perfect for a strategic hustler who can spark interest, close partnerships, and keep sponsors and brands coming back for more. You’ll be responsible for securing event sponsors, managing sponsor relationships, and developing long-term brand partnerships across all Red Devil Events.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead sponsorship sales efforts for all Red Devil events — from deck creation to contract negotiation
• Develop, manage, and grow a pipeline of potential sponsors and partners
• Build strategic alliances with brands that align with our event themes, audience, and irreverent spirit
• Create compelling partnership proposals, media kits, and activation plans that feel anything but templated
• Manage the delivery and execution of all sponsor benefits (signage, booth placements, social mentions, etc.)
• Serve as the main point of contact for sponsors before, during, and after events
• Identify and pitch co-branded campaigns, collabs, and cross-promotions that benefit both sides
• Work closely with the marketing and production teams to integrate brand partners seamlessly into the event experience
• Track KPIs, sponsorship ROI, and partnership success metrics

You Are:

• A natural relationship builder and persuasive communicator
• Sales-savvy, with experience closing deals and managing pipelines
• Creative — you don’t just sell packages, you pitch ideas that get brands excited
• Organized AF — juggling multiple sponsors, deadlines, and deliverables is your comfort zone
• Experienced in event sponsorship, influencer marketing, or brand partnerships (3–5 years minimum)
• Comfortable in the chaos of live events and flexible when things (inevitably) change
• Passionate about events, entertainment, and creating next-level brand experiences

• Have experience working with alcohol, lifestyle, or CPG brands
• Know how to craft a deck that dazzles and converts

We’re looking for a Content Creator who lives at the intersection of camera roll chaos and curated magic. You’ll be the eyes, ears, and phone behind the scenes — turning confetti explosions, pickle chugging, and upscale glam into content that demands attention. From TikToks and Reels to jaw-dropping photos and meme-worthy graphics, you’ll help tell the story of Red Devil Events across every platform.

What You’ll Do:

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality short-form video and photo content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, and more
• Attend events to capture live footage, behind-the-scenes moments, and influencer content
• Brainstorm and pitch content ideas that align with our brand and each event’s vibe
• Create viral, trend-savvy content with a unique Red Devil twist
• Work with the marketing team to match visuals to campaign goals and sponsorship requirements
• Stay on top of social trends, audio, memes, and editing styles to keep our content fresh
• Occasionally design graphics, motion content, or GIFs for stories, ads, or posts

You Are:

• A creative machine with an eye for storytelling and a phone that doubles as a production studio
• Obsessed with TikTok trends, Reels transitions, and editing tricks
• Fast, flexible, and unafraid to film something weird in the name of engagement
• Experienced with video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, InShot, Canva, etc.)
• Able to shoot and edit event content that feels high-energy, on-brand, and shareable
• Comfortable being in the action — and sometimes the content
• Not afraid to ask a stranger to “do that one more time, but with more chaos”

As part of the Red Devil crew, you’ll be on the front lines — making sure guests have an amazing experience, sponsors are supported, and everything runs like a well-planned (but slightly wild) party.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with event setup and breakdown (signage, decorations, etc.)
• Check-in attendees and handle ticket scanning or wristband distribution
• Provide friendly, helpful customer service to guests throughout the event
• Support vendors, sponsors, and performers with their needs on-site
• Monitor event areas to ensure safety and a smooth flow of activities
• Help with contests, giveaways, and interactive experiences

We’re looking for a Social Media Intern who isn’t afraid to make waves, start trends, and create scroll-stopping content. You’ll fully manage several of our social media platforms — including TikTok and X — and have a real voice in shaping our brand’s online personality. This isn’t a “grab coffee” kind of internship. It’s a “grab the algorithm by the horns and run with it” kind of gig.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage daily content posting and engagement across TikTok, X, and more
• Develop and execute fun, on-brand content ideas that promote events and build community
• Edit and publish short-form video content (especially for TikTok and Reels)
• Write clever, on-brand captions and thread ideas that spark conversation
• Monitor trends, memes, and pop culture — and jump on them with Red Devil flair
• Collaborate with the marketing team on overall content strategy and campaigns
• Track engagement metrics and help optimize content for reach and growth
• Occasionally attend events to capture behind-the-scenes content and stories in the wild

You Are:

• A natural content creator with a deep love for social media (especially TikTok & Instagram)
• Funny, clever, and unafraid to push creative boundaries
• Comfortable filming, editing, and posting video content from your phone
• A strong writer with a sharp wit and attention to detail
• Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple platforms and deadlines
• Up to date on internet trends, memes, and pop culture (bonus if you’re already a bit of a meme lord/lady/devil)
